Calendar Integration Setup

Spock allows you to display leave information directly in your calendar app using the iCal format, which is supported by all major calendar applications, including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook.

Spock offers two types of calendars for synchronization:

• Company Calendar - Displays all approved leaves for all active workspace members.
• Team Calendar - Displays all approved leaves for the selected team.

How to integrate your Calendar app via Slack

1. Open Spock in Slack
2. Click the "Subscribe Calendar" button

   Agree to subscribe calendar

How to integrate your Calendar app via Dashboard

Company Calendar:

1. Sign in to Spock Dashboard
2. Click Calendar tab
3. Click "Subscribe Company Calendar" (on right side)
4. Agree to subscribe calendar

Team Calendar:

1. Sign in to Spock Dashboard
2. Click Calendar tab
3. Select team (click on team tab)
4. Click "Subscribe Team Calendar" (on right side)
5. Agree to subscribe calendar

How to integrate your Calendar app via iCal URL

1. Sign in to Spock Dashboard
2. Click Calendar tab
3. Right-Click "Subscribe Company Calendar" (on right side)

4. Select "Copy Link Address" from the context menu

   

5. iCal URL is now in your clipboard, you can paste it to your calendar app to import
6. If you want a team iCal URL, do the same steps, just select team first
